Lowe’s was my favorite store until today. I went to get some flowers with my son. At the check out, the cashier, who has unprofessional behavior, he was on his phone checking out some nude guys pictures while I am paying. When I'm spending a lot of dollars, I really think it is Inappropriate to have a cashier spend his sweet time on the phone watching nude pictures in front of my son! Recently took my Grandmother who is 87 for a $40,000 bathroom makeover not including flooring which is usually the most expensive part! This place is price gauging beyond belief and when confronted said there is no wiggle room- they gave her a $600 gift card to spend in their store!
I am beyond underwhelmed with The costumer service that I received. My husband & I purchased a gas range & a fridge from Lowe’s Houma, Louisiana location. When I went to customer service to pay for my purchase ($3,000 + ) , like I was instructed, the cashier rudely informed me that I could of saved her some time & went to an actual cashier.
