Purchased a dishwasher in February. It is now April 18 and the damn thing is still not installed. The installer won't call me back, and Lowes is being extremely unhelpful. I can't even return the dishwasher because I would need to take yet another day off work. A few weeks ago I purchased roughly $500 of lumber from this Lowes, only to be treated rudely by the staff. I have been a loyal customer of Lowes for years, but I will never be shopping at Lowes again. I have never been more disgusted with a company.
Went in yesterday as I got an email about a mulch sale !! The 2 sales associates were so nice that helped me load up the 20 bags of mulch that I purchase! I didn't get their names but if they see this tell them thank you!! It was very helpful and so nice for them to help me load up my jeep!! Thank again!
West Des Moines Iowa where the Low price guarantee is fake. 2 stores one City. Different prices on items and the stores aren’t willing to match prices!!!!
Install team is terrible - Menards or Home Depot next time for sure. The manager Michelle was rude after their scheduler sent a text about a non working garage door instead of making a phone call. Have always liked Lowes but will be taking our money south.
I gave it one star due to at least 90% of the lumber we got to build our shed was warped and or rotted. I would recommend never getting wood from there. It's pretty bad especially when you dont know how crappy it is until you start building and realize what crap it is. Most of the issue was the 2x4s warped and thru off measurements. We dont have a way to haul the bad ones back due to us having them deliver it. Will go another store for wood from now on.
