Visited today and was helped by an employee named Doug. He was fantastic!! Knew where everything was and was able to direct us to the specific aisles and even where in the aisles the needed items were located. Great customer service!!
I bought a new washer/dryer set! Received a faulty dryer! Instead of exchanging it with a new one, I was told that I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER DRYER!! Then when they deliver the new one, they will exchange and refund the faulty dryer!! This is not very good customer service and ABSOLUTELY the last time I will make a purchase from Lowes. I will discourage anyone to do business with Lowes, unless you have $1000 laying around that you do not need for a couple of weeks!! SHAMEFUL!!!
Ordered a fridge which was suppose to be delivered July 4 in am. Got a call about noon that my delivery was on standby. It did show around 3:30, but they would not bring it in the house, said a different crew would do that on Tuesday. Called the delivery company, DSI Logistics, they said some one would come Monday am, no one showed up. Went to Lowe’s to talk to their manager, no one was available to talk to me. Don't buy anything they have to deliver or install. Bought a washer and dryer from here. The order was lost on a truck, nobody knew where it went or could give a date a new one would be delivered. Mitch in flooring was great and bent over backwards for me to figure out when it would eventually be delivered, and was kind enough to wave the old washer pickup fee. I’ve bought stuff there and never ever had issues with that place ever. Their staff is really nice.
they sell cheap garbage under their store brands, and then refuse to back it up, period
