Ames Lowe’s is a joke every time I go to customer Service the main manager (“her” name starts with a j) is rude and a snob when they are the one messing up my order. This is the 5th time I’ve had an incorrect order from them and they just want to act like it’s not their problem.
Lowe’s is terrible with deliveries. We ordered a carpet on June 21 for delivery in two weeks (and maybe sooner). Now they say it will get to their store on July 18! That will be almost a month later.
Very disappointed a second time within a year on a major appliance transaction. Ames Lowe’s store has some big communication issues to iron out. If anyone is considering dropping the amount of money I did on new kitchen appliances they should go somewhere else where they will receive better customer follow up. Unacceptable.
I ordered a dishwasher online and presumed it would be ready for pickup in a couple hours. I received a call saying they didn’t have that model in stock, but could order that model, but the cost would be over $300 more than what I had paid. I spoke with the Assistant Manager who informed me I found a glitch in their system, and they could offer me a 10% discount on any dishwasher.
