Best wedding venue in the world. We had the weekend of our lives September 2025, getting married at Lower Damgate. It was just wonderful from start to finish. Carolyn was so helpful from the moment we visited the farm as a potential venue. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Love Dan and Abbie
Lower Damgate Farm will always be our favourite place in the world. We have stayed as guests and also had the absolute pleasure of getting married here in August 2025. The venue and cottages are absolutely beautiful and just perfect. Carolyn and her team are amazing and nothing is too much trouble! We just had five days of absolute bliss at Purdy’s place. Carolyn was a gem and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We were given hiking routes, what to avoid and what to visit as a must, and most importantly of all we were made to feel like part of the family.I had to prevent Mrs S from packing one of the dogs ‘poppy’ into her luggage as she’d quite clearly developed quite a bond to said hound 🤣.
