I’d like to say massive thanks to the best piercing artists I had a chance to meet at Lovisa - Maya & Malak (I hope I haven’t mispronounced your names!) they were both extremely helpful while choosing the right design for my ear anatomy and the whole piercing experience was very smooth and with minimal pain. Thanks so much! I can’t wait to come back to choose new earrings once the healing times is over

The customer service is excellent at lovisa. I had an issue where I wanted a number of the same bracelet. A limited number were available in store and they were not available to order online. The staff in the store ( Belfast, Northern Ireland) were very helpful with helping me search the website, giving advice and ideas on alternatives. I also contacted lovisa customer services via email as I really wanted that particular bracelet for my bridesmaids. Asked out of curiosity if they could pierce my ears and they gladly did - was a pain-free experience in every sense and staff were very helpful - lovely lady talked me through the process (so sorry forgot your name!) she had a pink jumper on - but was so friendly and sweet. Got 3 lovely earrings for £18 and piercing was £23 so very happy customer!
