I am absolutely appalled. I came all the way into Bromley on Monday 30th June, specifically to visit Lovisa, which is supposed to stay open until 7:00 PM, as clearly stated online. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at 6:20 PM, only to find the shutters already half down and the girl inside clearly packing up for the evening. When I politely knocked and pointed at the sign, I was met with a shrug and told, “We’re closed now.” Excuse me? Since when do shops get to just shut up early without notice? Great products, fantastic store and really excellent staff, made my daughter very happy with an extra level of customer service and we will definitely be back.

I visited lovisa last week to get my ears pierced. Had to wait over half an hour as one of the staff informed me the other staff had gone to the toilet and she had to wait so that she could serve customers. Isabelle was very professional and was visibly concerned as we was waiting for the other staff member to return. When the other staff did return she had mcdonalds in her hand and sat out the back for another 10 minutes. Very unprofessional of her.will not be using this store again.

I visited Bromley branch on Saturday 14th September 2024 and had a piercing in my ear the lady who done the procedure was excellent very friendly and she explained everything to me forthe after care and very good at was she does great service the till no was team member 53072 great experience 👍👍 thanks.
