we love the customer service here at Hammersmith by Salma. She was just amazing and helped me pick some lovely pieces for our shoot.
Customer service was awful, I was being polite to the customer advisors but they can't be bothered to return the same energy. No "have a good day" no friendly attitude and not smiling. You signed up for a customer service job and probably told your manager that you deliver great customer service, be for real are you really doing that? Nope.
Today I went into this shop, I took my item up to the till, and was paying by cash. The assistant said they didn't have any money in the till (so why ask if it's cash or card) she then called over another assistant, who asked do I have change? I said this was ridiculous and that I will pay on my card though I didn't want to. She started to hurled abuse at me saying to lose the attitude! I said for saying ridiculous?
