I was looking for a nose piercing and I wanted a small stud that wouldn’t irritate my skin. The sales assistant Hatice was super helpful in finding me a small stud that fit my face perfectly. Super kind and helpful. Great staff.

Absolutely awful for piercings! I took my 13 yr old daughter to have her ears done and they caused her so much unnecessary pain where they pierced it so wrong. It was supposed to be a normal ear lobe peircing, they peirced it wonky and cartridge was visible. She had bruising and swelling. I was told wait for it to fully heal and they would correct it or give a refund, we came back after 6 weeks for the refund and they said they were under new management and even though we had receipt proof etc and they could see all the init... read more

I had such a lovely experience at the Guildford store thanks to Menalie. I wasn’t planning to get my ears pierced, but she was so warm and reassuring that I went for it and I’m so glad I got my seconds done. She even helped me pick jewellery for my evening gown despite the store being really busy when I visited. The girls were handling it well. Their interaction with kids getting their piercings done was amazing, so calm and kind. I’m definitely bringing my two kids this week to get their ears pierced. I can highly recommend... read more

I hate the customer service there. Today 3rd July 2025 I went to the store and asked for the price of the bracelet . She did act like she didn't understand what im talk but later I asked her about prices of paticular brand and she was so rude and told me to check on the box . Please make sure the stuff you guys hiring must atleast smile at customers because shop has got beautiful collections but bad attitude stuff
