I hate the customer service there. Today 3rd July 2025 I went to the store and asked for the price of the bracelet . She did act like she didn't understand what im talk but later I asked her about prices of paticular brand and she was so rude and told me to check on the box . Please make sure the stuff you guys hiring must atleast smile at customers because shop has got beautiful collections but bad attitude stuff

It’s a cheap store for fun jewellery but I wish there was more silver. as a silver girlie, the only good things there are gold. So many cute dainty ones I wanted were only in gold. The silver ones they have is so ugly. Staff is nice doe.

I went in to store and asked for ringclips/savers to attach to a ring that is too big. Which i was informed by another store, that Lovisa do. I was told "I don't know what you're talking about, go and look for yourself". Shocking customer service. As I was leaving the store another customer, a young lad asked about their piercing service he was told "no one to pierce you", to which he replied I just want to ask about the service. Awful experience. I went in to get my thirds pierced felt confident as I’ve been to somewhere like this before to get a piercing. I was reassured by the 2 staff laddies that I had enough room on my lobe to get the piercing. The lady doing it had absolutely no idea what she was doing, she was so unhygienic I felt so disgusted. She didn’t get me to sign any kind of waiver and show any ID. She used gloves that fell on the floor and even had a whole in. The sweetest most lovely woman fun atmosphere and so patient and calm I sat is the chair for 20 min trying to get up the nerve to pierce my nose but I fully trusted her and if I were to go get another piercing I would only go there could not recommend More highly.
