Came into the store today and when i got to the counter the girl serving banged her hand down for me to put down the item i was buying. The whole time she was serving me she was giving me the dirtiest look i have ever seen and not once said a word. If this is Lovisa's way of customer service then good luck in the future because this is a joke. God forbid she gives the wrong person a look like that in future.
This took place around April 2022 I was invited a few months ago for a group interview and arrived a couple minutes early, to represent myself well. There was no arranged dress code, other than to be yourself. The group interview consisted of activities around the shop, which was mainly hosted by (which I believe), the manager.
