Me and my friend went and got our ears pierced today by Safiyyah and it was a lovely experience! Safiyyah is very professional and caring, and made us feel at ease. I would 100% recommend. Just an all round lovely girl and will definitely be back for more piercings!
I made one purchase today and it was great customer service specially Aishwarya she was very helpful.
Worst customer service experience yesterday noon. Went there to get ear piercing for my 10 month old baby girl and there were 2 people attending us . One looked of Indian origin who was really nice and sweet - was trying her best to help us out with selection but the other one wearing a burkha was a complete NIGHTMARE. She was straight up rude and kept saying to her colleague who was helping us that - “THEY JUST HAVE TO WAIT” while serving customers who were coming just in even tough we had already waited for 40 min.
