I recently bought a ring from Lovisa Watford, and it was beautiful! However, I accidentally left my own ring behind, a very important one to me. I had my piercing done by an incompetent young lady, the support offered a £55 voucher to apologise but then reduced that to £30 voucher card without explaining why. I had to go to work with only one earring as the other one came off.
