Service was good, but the quality of jewellery is horrible. I bought 3 different pieces including flats and butterfly backs. They didn’t even last a week before Turing my ears green. Even the surgical steel post flat back, the actual jewellery that is screwed in went green in a matter of days. There is jewlerry a fraction of the price online that actually lasts.

I’m sharing this to make others aware of my experience. I met a woman named Noor inside the Lovisa store at Westfield London (Ariel Way, W12 7GF). After exchanging contact details, we later met outside the store but inside Westfield shopping mall upon her request on 3.6.2025. Nice customer service, but it wasn’t well made at all and in fact it was the worst piercing experience I’ve ever had. I pierced both of my earlobes, I already had two earrings pierced on my ears, they healed completely fine, then I pierced my earlobe in this store and it infected really bad. From the moment I pierced my earlobe it infected really bad. It started to bleed really bad, swelled up, and turned purple. Thanks to my instinct I took it out right on time before it got worse.
I was served by Tanya and I had a lovely experience. I don’t really like piercing pain but decided to get my second lobe and she was very patient and kind. Tanya helped me in detail though out my experience down to choosing other earrings for my first lobe etc. she was that great that when I returned to white city I was happy to get my third lobe (if she was there) just a few days later because I enjoyed her experience so much.
