I get the price, necklaces are a bit expensive these days,but I expect it to be good quality,turns out it was the same as a 2 pounds necklace,it left a huge black stain on my neck and it turned rusty within a week. Ps i never swam or showered with it on. I even asked the staff before buying the jewellery if it’s gonna tarnish and they told me not to worry.

I visited in at the end of 2022 at the Westfield store( the one that has kidzania) but doubt it has changed much looking at the recent comments. Staff and manager at the time were unhelpful( weird considering how small the square footage of the store is) and manger was a snob. Bought a £30 pound bracelet- youd think they’d respect their customers considering how overpriced their stuff is but no. This experience left a fault taste towards lovisa and I don’t buy anything from there now(any store)
