My phone and wallet were stolen while I was in the store and the staff refused to check CCTV footage. What is the point of having CCTV cameras set up if you're not gonna use them to catch criminals? Never going back there ever again. Extremely poor security considering all the other reviews I've read of phones being stolen here.

Just bought a pair of earrings from Lovisa Oxford Street at 7.37pm. I’ve shopped with this brand over a number of years and at various locations. Generally customer service has been satisfactory. When I made my purchase girl (A) at the till (hair in a pony tail and wearing glasses). Was abrupt and when I asked her for a physical receipt was refused and told only an email receipt was available. This is my local store and I shop here frequently. I ordered silver pearl flower studs online and it was not quite what I expected so I thought I could exchange in this store. Both of the store assistants were really unprofessional, they didn't ask for the online receipt or get the manager to resolve the matter. I won't be shopping here again.
