Poor customer service
Dreadful customer service and miserable staff. Was spoken to like an idiot for not knowing where to queue despite there being no signage or any form of indication.
They do free piercings! (But haven't got much options for piercing jewellery)
My phone and wallet were stolen while I was in the store and the staff refused to check CCTV footage. What is the point of having CCTV cameras set up if you're not gonna use them to catch criminals? Never going back there ever again. Extremely poor security considering all the other reviews I've read of phones being stolen here.
