After buying a piece of jewellery and discovering it was faulty, I went back to request a refund. The manager rudely told me “This is the UK, we don’t do refunds,” which is completely false and misleading. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. Great customer service. Clean and tidy , Super busy store. Need to be established a better and active security system to prevent thefts as noticed some ladies are addicted to steal. Great staff .

Just 1 week ago I bought a ring on 26 pounds but in one week ring change the colour such a bad quality and high price I will never buy again something from lovisa!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking around n shopping and this Indian middle age worker was starting me down made me feel so uncomfortable. And put me off from buying a pretty bracelet. I would give it 0 starts if I could honestly . Why are the Indians acting like the own the mall. lol

My daughter pierced her ear there and now it’s infected. I don’t think they clean their gun machine because it led her to the hospital to have a surgery done. I’ll be making a complaint about this.
