Had a great experience at Lovisa today. Kayleigh was so lovely and helpful. She really look after me as I got my 2nd lobe piercings. Thanks again!

I was in today with my daughter, she is only 6 and made the big decision to get her ears pierced! I want to say a massive thank you two of your amazing staff who went above and beyond to make her feel so comfortable and calm, I really appreciate them making it so special for her! Highly recommend, thanks Mel & Charlie x

Just been to lovisa in buchanan galleries to get my ears pierced I have quite a few piercings already and I am pretty scared still but the lovely kayleigh and natasha where lovely and put me at ease right away had a good wee giggle with them both al defo always come bak here now if your looking for somewhere this is the place to go.
