Went to get my ear pierced on Monday. The girl pierced my ear diagonally, rather than horizontally through my ear so it came out of the bottom of my lobe, not the back! And on top of that, the customer service was awful - the young girls serving had no idea how to talk to customers, how to respond to issues, no idea about privacy, denied it was their fault. Complete lack of professionalism. I have contacted Lovisa head office who have been in touch to try and sort out situation but would never go there again.

Got my nose piercered at Lovisa and after 2 days it started popping up so I was compelled to keep pushing it in after every 2 mins so I went to the shop again they told me to just keep doing that but I just thought pushing the jewelry in was irritating the wound thus slowing the healing but the worker were acting like that was normal...plus I couldn't feel the jewelry on the inside of my nose.... their customer service is TERRIBLE then they have the nerve to ask me for a repiercing at a fee when they are the ones who clearly... read more
