Lillie and her studio are the most beautiful welcoming space and so accommodating! Theres never any judgement or pressure but challenging if you want it! Her classes, events and retreats are amazing, reseting and relaxing. Her whole team including Lucy and Amy are brilliant and theres classes for everyone!

In town for the weekend I booked on to a yoga class with Lillie. Having attended yoga classes in the past I can say this isn’t like any other place. From the moment I arrived everything was so intentional, the calming studio, equipment, music, card pull and temple massage at the end- the whole experience was like a warm hug! I recently told Lillie that I hope to die before her, so I can attend her Slow Pillow Flow Yoga every Friday night for the rest of my life, and if that doesn't tell you how good it is, I don't know what will convince you.

I recently attended retreat hosted by Lillie and she was such a light and led the group in a loving and mindful way the entire weekend. She told a story and continued the theme of the retreat throughout and did a great job communicating with each attendee to ensure they felt supported. The yoga practice was also very relaxing and we also did quite a lot of breath work which was new to me, but centering and just what I needed. I can’t wait to sign up for more yoga practices with Lillie in the future!
