I had a wonderful experience with Nancy. Even though she was not my realtor, she made my first home-buying experience a wonderful one. My realtor was unresponsive to my calls and emails, and lacked the knowledge of real estate that I expected (especially for my first time buying a home). It was during closing that I realized all of the shortcomings of my realtor. Nancy is wonderful. She helped navigate us through the buying process and was especially patient and kind. We were new to the area and her local knowledge was very valuable. She is now working with my inlaws who are relocating to Raleigh at our reccomendation. She has also educated us on investment properties and the local rental market. A wonderful realtor and person.
