Bryant with Lovette Properties is absolutely the best!! Five stars in all areas above and then ends up being the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Bryant and the Lovette Team will work all hours in an effort to help you in any way. We can't say enough about them and would encourage anyone to go to them first, you won't regret it.

I want to begin this review by saying I chose Sandy as my realtor for my first home purchase. I was a little apprehensive in making a decision on who to choose as my realtor, but after having a trial showing with Sandy, I knew he was the right guy. My husband and I had contacted Byrant from out of state to view some homes when we arrived. He picked us up at the airport and showed us many homes. He is very professional, personable, and he sold us our home that we have lived in happily for the past four years. If I needed to sell or buy, I would contact Bryant and recommend him to friends and family! He is a great guy and very professional!

Bryant has been our go to realtor for years, for both our personal residential home and our investment properties. He definitely has a pulse on the market and it has been a huge benefit to have him working for us. You won't find a harder working realtor. I couldn't recommend him more!

We used Lovette Properties & Bryant specifically when searching for a new home in Raleigh. He could not have been easier to work with and was always willing to go above what was expected to make sure it was a great experience. 1+ year in the house and we are thrilled every day! Highly recommend.

We loved working with Bryant on buying our house in Cary! He was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process! (We looked at a LOT of houses, changed our area of interest, and generally took a lot of time). Additionally, the entire organization cares about their clients. We had a rental house for sale in another area with some unusual challenges.
