We contacted Richard after being let down by another company 3 weeks before our hire. Richard was very responsive with great communication even over the Jubilee weekend, and did everything he could to help us. Although the logistics didn't work in the end so we couldn't hire one of their campers, I would thoroughly recommend Lovely Campervans and they will definitely be our first call next time we need a camper.

Had a great holiday in a great van! Richard and Sally couldn't have been more helpful. We booked last minute and they were great. Highly recommend these guys.Clean, well equipped van, helpful staff, easy collection and drop off, and really good tips and pointers for first timers like us,

Emailed for availability. Didn't reply so I left a message on the answer phone,no call back. Poor customer service in my opinion.
