Great office staff and managers very professional. A pleasure to deal with.
Very poor communication, complete no contact, sending from one to other to find answer, job not starting but only problems they made, checking others reviews I agree with 0 star for them, staff rude, they doing everything on last moment, forget things, they are in a hurry. absolute poor service. we’ve been ignored of all our issues for the past 2 weeks and nothing has been done. every single worker has left with a half finished job from the painting to the broken fan. lovell keep saying people are coming to progress our kitchen, however i have not seen anything been done ever since we’ve has our half finished cupboards and counters fixed. communication between the different systems is extremely poor. i wish i had never accepted this deal with them. it was imagined we’d finish this kitchen with... read more
