Went to Louis Forde today to buy a replacement engagement ring unbelievable knowledge, advice, and customer service. Another customer came in when he was serving me and he politely said he would be with her in a moment and focused his full attention on me what I wanted, size, what would suit me 5* customer service. Said he had been in the business for over 50 years and it clearly shows!
Absolutely amazing. I asked for help and he gave advice and helped me. Purchased a watch and he took links out for me, made sure I was happy with it and boxed it up. I will definitely be back
