Had our dated toilet and bathroom completely gutted and remodeled by the team at Loughton Bathrooms. The work has been done to the highest standard, with individuals from the team specialising in their own field. Lovely dedicated people. Your bathroom/toilet is designed for you by a CAD system even before they start the work, so you see it in virtual reality. I don’t normally write reviews, however I feel I need to make an exception for Loughton Bathrooms. From the minute I walked in the showroom, to the day they left me with 2 out of this world bathrooms, the customer service was exceptional. To start with I need to call out Mehmet, his knowledge, skills and set up was exceptional. We had hours designing both bathrooms and his attention to detail was spot on.
