I don’t normally write reviews, however I feel I need to make an exception for Loughton Bathrooms. From the minute I walked in the showroom, to the day they left me with 2 out of this world bathrooms, the customer service was exceptional. To start with I need to call out Mehmet, his knowledge, skills and set up was exceptional. We had hours designing both bathrooms and his attention to detail was spot on. We have just had a new bathroom designed and supplied by Loughton Bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Mehmet, Jodie and Dennis couldn't be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their customer service is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company.
Loughton Bathrooms designed and fitted an accessible bathroom for my Mother in Law. They were very accommodating and quickly overcame any issues while fitting. She is very happy and we would recommend and use them ourselves.
Jodie was fantastic to design a bathroom with, Jodie gave great advice and listen to what I wanted. Choosing what finishes I wanted was made easy as I was really unsure when I started my design. Thankyou Jodie and Loughton Bathrooms!!
