Been to Lou's a couple of times now. Always greeted with a big smile and warm welcome. She's very attentive and knows her trade well. The store is well equipped to carry out all your needs and it's bright and modern. had my outgrown Balayage redone, toned with cut and finish. Love the results just what I was after. She happily listen to what I wanted but pointed out that I didn't need half as many foils to get the desired results. Many would oversell to make money!
