Customer service skills are non-existence! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tina wanted me to pay (in addition to the $45 I had already paid) for work that they screwed up after she first refused to fix my nails initially. The receptionist ended up repairing my nails. If it weren't for Tina and another male manager (which had the nerve to say, "I don't care" in reference to my nails being damaged) having such a nonchalant attitude, I would return.
Such an amazing establishment! :) very professional, very friendly, and even better service! So happy to finally find the right salon for me. I'll be back soon!
Stay away! My daughter and I went there this past Saturday, I had a mani-pedi and she had a pedi and full set. Mine were very sloppy and the polish was chipping off by Sunday. My poor daughter left with four fingers bleeding where she was cut open with a file and her nails were very poorly done with sections of the nails having no acrylic on them at all. We will not return.
Love to get nails done here! Always so nice and do a great job!
I've been twice now and I must say I LOVE THIS PLACE very friendly people working there the atmosphere is great it's clean ...I got my nails done ( pink &white ) Very pleased with that and I also went in on another Day and got a 1 hour full body massage for 60$ now where can you go for a FULL body massage for that price no where that I know of so uh yeah Ill Definitely be back Very soon for another one IT WAS REALLY AMAZING and the lady that gave me the massage was AWESOME also made sure I was comfortable ...just a little no... read more
I had an appointment today which I booked exactly one month in advance. I show up to my appointment and the place is closed, a sign was on the door "closed March 27th will open again March 28th.. I should have been notified in advance. I'm not sure if I'd book here again. Very unprofessional.
