I had a head and shoulder massage (30 mins) with Alex this am. I immediately wished I had booked an hour! She asked my medical history and concentrated on problem areas. I had a mani and pedi after. It was so relaxing to pamper myself today and I will def be back.
I've tried many nail salons in Pooler but lotus Day Spa is the best by far so I've been coming here for 3 years. Every nail tech is great but Jenni is my personal Favorite.
Very detail oriented! They practice good infection control techniques (autoclaved instruments, bowl liners, pre-measured masks and scrubs). Relaxed atmosphere and perfect way to end a busy work day. Also, hair services with Melissa are always above expectations. Highly recommended!!!

I have had several massages here and was completely satisfied until last Saturday. I booked a 1 hour massage and when I arrived (on time) the therapist was running behind. OK, I get that and don't mind waiting a few minutes. I was finally shown to my room at 1:35. I felt the therapist was rushed/hurried and even though she did an adequate massage I could sense the tension. When she was finished imagine my surprise to find that it was only 2:17.
