I've been going to Lotus since they opened, and have had nothing but good experiences until last week. I had the laziest/worst pedi from BRIAN. I would have been better off cutting my own nails and getting a polish change. It would have saved my money, since that's about the only real service I received...
I had a hell manicure/pedicure on Friday. By Monday night, the Polish on my fingers was chipping off and I returned to the salon the next day to see if they could just fix it for me. After all I do pay $20 extra for my fingers and $20 extra for my toes to have gel polish so it won't chip off. the woman talk to me like I was an idiot and kept telling me I had come to the wrong salon and then when I finally explained to her that I've been there not 4 days beforehand she told me the woman who had done my nails wasn't there that... read more
Mani and pedi were fine.. nothing special. Customer service was poor.
