Lotus is truly the best nail salon and spa I have ever visited. And I have been to many! I keep coming back to Lotus because they are absolutely full service, have an excellent atmosphere and expertly trained, friendly staff.

The neck and shoulder massage was rough, painful, and gave me and my best friend headaches! I've seen the same organic mask at Walmart. And the lady exposed my best friend's breast multiple times!!!
I love this place. Sue does the best powder dip manicure. Everywhere I go people are asking me about my nails. Amazing service every time I've been!
I have never gotten my nails or hair done here but the massages are on point ! Definitely the best massages I've ever had! I have been here twice now and am never disappointed! I can't wait to get another one !!!
They almost waxed off half of my eyebrow and the other is uneven. Did not care at all when I told them I was highly unsatisfied.. For the price I expected better. They just happily accepted the payment and mentioned they will 'fix'. Well, my hair will have to grow back in first!
