Do not go to this business. The people are rude and if you have problem they are mean spirited people. The Pooler location . Be careful stay away from this place.

I asked for an ombré several times and ended up with a French manicure that looks absolutely horrendous. Girl refused to fix it and said she couldn’t do what I wanted. Paid $110 for a terrible experience. I showed an exact picture of what I wanted and this wasn’t it but no matter what I couldn’t get the girl to do what I wanted, so I just sat there. Noticeably upset. I tried to call several times to speak to a manager and nothing. I want the money back that I paid for this terrible manicure.
👎🏻 rude. Asked for services and the worker rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed. 🤷🏼♀️ ok bye
Recommendedfast, friendly staff, and clean
The lady working on me did an awesome job on my pedicure. But was rushing through my manicure. It was not done very well because she flew though it. The quality of my manicure was not worth the $30 I spent on it for a gel manicure. Very disappointed in it.

DO NOT get your eyebrows done here. Kelly is horrible!!!! She doesn’t measure to fit your face. I had to tell her how to shape my eyebrows and when I went in for her to fix them.... she angrily tattooed them on! Now I have to get laser surgery just to look normal! How they got a license for this, I have no clue! TRUST ME SPEND SOME EXTRA MONEY AND GET A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL!
I had a good experience once, but very poorly organized since then.
