After reading some reviews I was a bit apprehensive about going here, however I had shellac painted on own nails for Christmas, lasted well and been going back since, lovely service by Hannah

staff was rude and didn’t do what i asked and kept changing the price constantly and when i was talking to her she wouldn’t even look at my face

The service was terrible, and the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I asked her to fix a missing nail, and she told me it would be £4 for one finger. I agreed, but after applying the color I chose, she claimed to have it, although it looked completely different from the color I originally had. When I asked her to change it to the correct shade, she was very rude and insisted on removing it without offering any other solution. This wasted both her time and mine. My nails were not even filed. The worker have no training. The lady in charge is rude as hell. The costumer service in general is poor. I would rather die than go back there
