Iris is always very professional and talks you through the moves constantly so you are always aware of what to do. She also helps you achieve maximum benefits from the class with a smile on her face. Her classes are always physically beneficial and fun too! Thanks Iris. Kind regards, SueH

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Needed to tone up and get in my exercise but without over doing it, I’ve been to several classes and I have found them really tough and pushed too much to the point that I didn’t enjoy them and I would end up not going back.This was absolutely perfect. It was fun and easy to do and I also felt that I used every muscle and really loosened up and no longer tense and weak and to make it even better didn’t find it unpleasant.
