LAPMG has managed the apartment I live in for a couple years now, and in spite of their being a company and not an individual, I've never felt like a number, I've never gotten lost in paperwork, and I'm always on a first name basis with whoever I'm working with. They make it easy, quick, and understandable, and in my experience that's extremely rare when it comes to housing. My only complaint sometimes is timeliness.
