@LAPMG What gives! We've had sewage backed up in our tub in our bathroom for 4 days now. I've called maintenance everyday since Monday morning, and I have yet to even get a call back. WEVE HAD RAW SEWAGE SITTING IN OUR HOUSE FOR 4 DAYS!!! You guys need to get your act together. Horrible
We are tenants in a housing unit operated by LA property management. After they failed to respond to a plumbing issue our unit was literally flooded. It has since then become infested with mold. They refuse to answer phone calls, they have made threats against their day laborers against admitting the extent of the damage lest they lose their jobs, and have perhaps the worst customer service in the real estate business. DO NOT WORK or rent with these people if you can help it.
Giselle is an amazing apartment manager and super attentive to tenants' needs. She really advocates for us when it comes to repairs and service.
The company replied in a timely manner regarding the maintenance request. Their repairman was very helpful and completed the job in a few hours. No problems at all!
I lost a lot of money using them for a year. They got paid, but I lost. I would NEVER recommend any property owner use them.

I was overlooked by this company despite having good credit and positive rental history simply because I have an emotional support animal. I was the first applicant to move in with someone who made it clear to the company she wanted me to live with her. This company is discriminating and acting without any moral or ethic.
