I live in this appartment 14 years and I never recieved a no answer from the management, they are here or on the phone to take care of my problems. IT is easy to live with group like this specially when you are a disabled person and need help much more then young tenants. THANK you for your help.
I have generally had great experiences with LAPMG. They are very responsive to repair needs and go above and beyond to maintain a clean property. My only minor complaint is the number of signs throughout the property instructing tenants on the rules. The tone of these notices are often abrasive and accusatory.
Thank you for taking such great care of the building, responding quickly to our requests for maintenance, and appointing a wonderful manager Gisele! Also, thank you for providing option to pay on line and via credit cards. It is a huge plus and fun too :) Happy New Year to your team!
I like the system they have to pay the rent and to get repairs done. They have a fast response time when's repair needs to be done. I like that I can pay the rent online which saves trips to the post office.
It's very nice to have such a responsive management team (both in office and onsite). I highly recommend LAPMG because they are professional, and on top of what needs to be done.
The maintenance worker was polite and has never left a mess.
Since Ive been living, LAMPG is very respective and professional; even though, they treat their tenants like family.
