i have known david crown for many years and finally had the chance to hire him to manage a property i bought. It's a major project: we have been renovating all the units and landscaping, and re-tenanting all the units. LAPMG has handled the entire project smoothly. The units look great, and we have almost doubled the rents that were in place when we bought the building.
LAPMG has been wonderful to work with. Always helpful if any issues arise. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
The online payment was convenient. Maintenance was responsive, even if it took a few days. Water leaks through the window never were resolved by maintenance. Our on-site manager followed up on requests and was effective/thorough. At the same time, she often left notices on our door which were written in a degrading and abrasive tone, using many underlined red words to EMPHASIZE her MISTRUST of tenants!!!!! Everyone I have met at LAPMG have been great, the answer my questions quickly and I love that you can pay your rent online with the crazy hours I work it's really convenient for me.
