I came here to do a balayage and the stylist done a good job. However the management of this place was so unprofessional. When i booked it i was quoted on the phone and email 200 pounds and when i had finished they had told me £330. This place is overpriced, unprofessional and ripped me off.

I had a keratin treatment at Looks London and I’m so impressed with the results, my hair is smooth, shiny, and completely frizz free! The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, and you can tell a lot of love and attention has gone into every detail. Huge shoutout to Shreya, the owner, for creating such a beautiful space and for hiring such an amazing team.
