I had a memorial diamond made from the ashes of my dog Luca, and the experience was incredible. Elena’s customer service was kind, empathetic, and professional, and I was kept updated throughout the year-long process. Elena constantly kept me informed and did nothing but stay by my side. The final result exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful way to keep my furbaby close, and I couldn’t recommend this company more highly for their compassion and care.

Elena ha sido un amor desde el principio. Como te cuidan con el proceso en un momento tan duro es de aplaudir. El seguimiento que van mostrándote de cómo trabajan es exquisito y realmente sientes que tu ser querido ( en mi caso mi abuela) está en las mejores manos. Espero tardar mucho tiempo en volver a contactarles, pero sin duda lo volveré a hacer. Gracias a todo el equipo y en especial a Elena P.D.: en directo el diamante es muchísimo más bonito, el brillo y el color ámbar en persona es espectacular, como mi abuela 😊
