We visited this restaurant this evening and service wasn't too pleasant and food was ok, my husband order the bourbon salmon and his green beans wasn't cooked it was like they put them on his plate uncooked and I ordered the sliced sirloin and salad wedge and my steak must have been sitting because it was cold when it came to my table. There were less than 15 people in the whole restaurant so why did I get cold food served. Very disappointed and may never visit again.
I absolutely do not recommend this location. 2 hour wait after we were told it would only be 20 minutes. 4 booths open but refused to seat is in them bc they said the waiter working that side had more tables then the others did so we had to wait to even out the number of tables per waitress.
Ok to start the waitress didn't get my order correct and order sum biscuits she says they are cooking and they never made to my table than comes back after we finish eating and says am sorry we ran out of biscuits WHO runs out of BISCUITS ..... really my daughter eats and throw up immediately and my husband food was completely Cold and to top it off the waitress inform me that they didn't have any change and short me a Dollar. This was our first time here and you no the Last. #No Tip
The worsted service I have every had. I will never go back to long star again
This is the crapiest place and rude manager. Twice now may I add. Will not be back. They sat us down and we had a party of 6 but then asked us to get up because they had a party of 16 coming in. Really like our money wasn't good enough.

Took 10 minutes for the waitress to come by (not her fault she was very busy) and then an additional 35 minutes to get cheese fries and chicken tenders. Got the tenders and it came out with 4 very small ones barely under an ounce and a half maybe a piece for $9 that's way too much...ridiculous. Then I ordered a brownie to go and it took an additional 20 minutes. Overall, very unimpressed. The manager comped the meal which was nice, but didn't make up for the poor quality of food for price.
