Service was incredibly slow. Didn't seem to care at all.. We had to go ask the hostess for a server.. Took over 15 minutes to place a drink order. The tea was terrible- instant maybe?
We opened our menu and a piece of hair caked all over it. We were served 4 salad plates picked up the first one and the second plate had a short black hair on it. Finally we asked for our appetizer to go and noticed a long hair on the bottom of our Texas Onion! We couldn't believe our experience 3 pieces of hair in one setting!
One of our top picks. Love the delmelico- broccoli w/cheese and the padre island hurricane is marvalious darling!
I had a horrible experience, it took 30 minutes just to get drinks and order food. Then when we did order, it took one hour for our food to even come out. Once we got our food it was either dry and tough or it was cold. We had a large party but were never told sorry for the inconvenience, instead when we confront the waiter why it took so long he responded with, "Are you sure it's been that long?". The manager also never came up to apologize for the wait we were told that the food would be out soon but never came "soon".
This place is a joke, what kinda steakhouse can't cook a steak properly? Service was AWEFUL!!! I now know why no one was eating there, my advice, don't waste your time or money on this so called "restaurant"!
Tea tasted awful. Waitress had way to many tables; couldn't get refills on our drinks; had to ask to get rolls…of course they were overcooked; cooked my porterhouse well done when I ordered medium, cooked my wife's steak medium…had to send it back. We will not be returning. Save yourself a trip and go to another steakhouse…this isn't worth the trip.
If your getting so many bad reviews why not try and see what the problem is and fix it!!
Poor service and very rude waitress... Very disappointed!
Horrible Service, Horrible Food and I was one of the very few people in there so there was not even a rush for an excuse.
