I submitted this on the contact page today as my initial contact was initiated on 8/1/16 with no response. Please know that I am very disappointed that no one emailed me about my experience on 7-30-16 as this is my 2nd complaint regarding that visit. My dining experience was not at all favorable on that particular night. The best thing on the plate was the sweet potato. My experience here was horrible... The food was terrible and waitress was slow!! I could keep going but Never again!!!!
This place has the worst wait time for food. Ordered a hamburger for Christ sake and it's taken all of my lunch break to get the dang food.
Me and my husband went here for dinner for Valentine's Day the only thing good about it was our waiter. He was nice. The floors were dirty, the food sucked, never going back! I saw the guy that cleans the table wipe the food that was on the table, to the floor. Nasty!
I ordered the porterhouse med rare with no seasoning and water caesar salad . What I received wasn't fit to eat. The salad was tuff. They brought me the steak covered n seasoning and raw. I like them med rare not raw. They swapped out the salad for sweet potato
Never eating here again. I've been waiting 45 minutes for coconut shrimp. And still waiting.........terrible service.
Worst visit, so disappointed in the service. It's sad when the alcohol drinks make it before the soft drinks. At 7:30 they're out of baked potatoes. My daughter asked if they had regular butter she could use for her roll the waitress said no. My daughter said you don't have butter for the potatoes you don't have? She said oh yea I can bring you some 20 minutes later my daughter asked again, and finally gets some for her now cold roll. The steaks were more fat than meat so needless to say lost 8 customers tonight
Used to be my favorite place to stop while traveling home from Jackson. Tonight forgot my napkin and silverware, the meat was so tough in half of my sandwich I couldn't chew it. Staff were more attentive to each other than patrons. I felt rushed by server. Very disappointed tonight. In December it was good. Consistency is so important in restaurants.
