This place sucks! Really bad service! My burger bun was hard. Messed up are order. Table was dirty the hole time. Just all around a bad place! Don't go!!
This place was horrible. We arrived at 1pm on a saturday with only two other tables having people at them. Three waitresses, a hostess, and the manager all just hanging out at the hostess stand. The waitress gave my 4yr old a color sheet but no crayons. We placed our drink order (water, root beer, strawberry lemonade), then placed our food order (2 cheeseburgers 1 kid HAMburger). My family of 12 arrived at Lonestar at 815... it was graduation night for one of our family members... we were starving and it was not busy at the restaurant at all. It took them till 9 to seat us ... then we didn't get our drinks till 940...then we ordered our food, the " medium" steak we ordered was "rare" ... the chicken we ordered was raw. The waitresses was horrible rude and took 30 minutes to get a table that was already available I will never eat here again poor customer service and environment
Rotten steak and a manager that could not have cared less about it
The service was great but the food was not good. First off she thought they might not even have miller lite. Well they had that but the appetizer we ordered they were out of and one of the sides I ordered they were out of. On Tuesday night too. They got my moms order wrong and my husbands steak was tough and mine was over cooked. Needless to say we're not going back.
