We had steak. The brought my wife’s filet burnt and wrapped in bacon, when she ordered without bacon and done. My steak was cool. Not cold, but definitely not hot. Other than that, it was nice. Great service and flavor.
Ate here mother's day. The place is understaffed. I seen one manager examine (un-used)unwrapped forks and knives and take them to the back instead of putting them into the wash bucket. The wings needed more time cooking, they were still pink. I still left a tip and noticed they charged my card 7$ extra without asking for tip. Will not be going back.
Don't waste your time. We were seated immediately. Our drink order came quickly. Our microwaved appetizer followed. I say microwaved because cheese melts a certain way in a microwave and it was apparent that's what was done to get our order out hot. Then we sat and sat and sat a little longer. 45 minutes into us being there someone came by to say our order was coming up and that they were putting the sides on the plates as we spoke. 10 minutes later our food arrived. Service was at best a one. Waitress never came back to refresh our drinks. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. My steak wasn’t done as ordered. One meal came out 15 minutes before the rest. It was Fish and was a greasy frozen pattie that my wife couldn’t eat. Cold slaw was awful. Was charged for a “side” that was part of the meal. Never going back to this Lone Star in Pearl (Jackson) MS. No manager asked if everything was fine and good thing too.
Took my family, parents, and sister there tonight, total of 7 of us. My husband and I were paying. Got sat down at six... didn't get drinks til 6:20.... didn't even get to order our food til 6:40... didn't get it til after 7:30.... two children were with us.. one 6 and the other 1... they were getting fidgety.... manager came... told us she was going to check on our food... food finally came.... cold.... children s food which was chicken strips were dunked in spicy flour mix... never got refills for our drinks... told manage... read more
We were seated immediately. Our waiter was super nice and very responsive. The food was excellent!
