Needs management ... Both store and floor managers are lacking .. Replace them or retrain them .. Need to close down for about 2 weeks for cleaning and retrain the whole staff. Our steaks were cut in half .. So instead of one 8oz i got two 4oz steaks i assume to speed up cooking .. I was in the resturant business at one point . this place has potential but it needs a overhaul and a good cleaning .
I went to this restaurant on July 13, 2017. I order a water and twice it had black stuff floating in it. We ordered and nothing was correct. I have to say I won't be going back.
This is absolutely the worst place ever. We were told we could not sit and eat until a servers table of a few people left! They could handle only one table at a time! I suggested they move another waitress to her section. They said they couldn't do it ! A waitress can only handle one table at a time? No wonder the parking lot was empty when we arrived! Then other people came in and hostess asked them to leave because they could not serve them! And worse... the hostess told us ," I don't care, this ain't my restaurant." Reall... read more
Out steaks were cooked just like we wanted! Great service! We really enjoyed it! Eva made sure we had everything that we needed!!
Waited 10 for drink order. Ordered the 2 for 20 with sweet tea and did not get what I paid for. Got the sweet tea with no refills. Took 15 minutes to get the salads then 20 minutes the entrées. Garlic Mash was supposed to come with both entrées, but did not. Manager said the 2 for $20 entrée was a lunch menu and that nothing on the menu comes with a side order. However it clearly said all entrées come with a side order. Will not be coming back to this location. Beware of this location. Enter at your own risk.
The waitress made my meal more enjoyable with a simple conversation
Well I ordered to go, called it in, said it'd be 20 to 25 minutes. Get there to get my food, they didn't know anything about my order and hadn't made it. Everyone standing around talking like they don't have anything to do.
One word... HORRIBLE!! Complete waste of our time stopping here to eat!!
