We usually have great difficulty at this restaurant, however, on 9/2/17, they were on their game. We came in after a Braves game around 9:30 p.m. I know how irritating it is to have customers come in when you're getting close to closing and you want to go home. Today was my first visit there since it reopened under new ownership and management. Food and customer service were outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly.
it was very unprofessional and needed better management.. when we got there we was told it would be a 20 min wait but waitresses were standing around & there 5-10 tables/booths open & clean but we waited anyway. After we finally get seated we get our drink order taken and wait 25 mins and never see our waitress again.. so we leave. Also there was water dripping from sealing every where and we had to move ourselves 3 times to keep from getting water dripped on us. We really enjoyed our visit and the food and service was perfect. The tea was high and I never understood it's crazy. The kids loved it also which is very important.
Up until today, this was my favorite restaurant. Last time we went, we thought it was just an off night but tonight confirmed it. First off, there is a 4:20 marijauana cap at the hostess station. When we came in, there were about eight tables sat but yet the folks that came in after us were told it would be a fifteen minute wait. They left but the next couple that came in almost as they were leaving were sat immediately. Service was slow. It took 45 minutes to get our salads. The service was terrible.... we went for my husbands birthday and it was horrible. As for the food, it wasn't very good and super pricey. I do NOT recommend this place.
