We cannot recommend Alex highly enough. We tried three different proofers over the years; all of whom let us down and the mice kept returning. Alex managed to deal with our issue on a single visit. It has been three months since his visit and we have not seen mice since! He thoroughly investigated all possible entry areas using a portable inspection mirror (none of the other previous proofers bothered to bring theirs) and sealed up all the holes. Alex was excellent - he came out within two hours of being called, agreed and charged a very reasonable price, and completed the work totally thoroughly. He gave great advice about how to prevent/keep clean in case of any future issues. Thank you for saving the day!!
Spoke to Alex this morning at 10am - was told someone will be out for 5pm today (I said tomorrow is also fine) and had WhatsApp confirmation. Nobody came. 0*. Will go elsewhere for tomorrow
