The service and expertise provided by James was honestly second to none, he guided me step by step through the design and sourcing of the diamond we used for the bespoke ring. May I add this was all done via messaging as I struggle for time and couldn’t make it to the offices. The ring arrived perfectly on time as agreed and is honestly outstanding, my now fiancé was absolutely blown away, just as I have been during this whole process. The aftercare is also second to none.
