Great service all the time I been there and big thank you to Jerry McWilliams he is great guy thank you all for you hard work .
I was greeted immediately upon arrival. They got my car in and serviced in a very timely manner. Service advisor Josh kept me informed and was knowledgeable of my repair.
Talked to someone earlier in the evening that I am coming in to check out a car and the one I wanted to look at and gave a time and she said great we will bring it up front for you well when I walked in it was upfront but it was sold supposedly just after we walked in. That wasn’t the worst part after that I was already frustrated they continued to try and make deals and took their time with ridiculous deals and I didn’t get out of their till 8:40ish only to have all these false deals given. They are efficient, respectful, and listen to me. The facility is clean. Coffee is free. Service is great.
the service desk at lombard toyota sucks. i went to this location because i live in lombard but with my recent experience i dont ever want to step back at this location. they were very rude and were not willing to provide the information i was asking for. if im paying over 200$ for services i expect to be given a detailed explanation of what im paying for. and then the service specialist told me about how policies have changed cuz theyre under new ownership. i really dont care who your owner is, i need an assistant who is fr... read more
