From our recent purchase of a used vehicle from this dealer, I would caution you to have a thorough inspection done at an independent repair shop before you make a purchase. I would not purchase from the dealer again.

Fast,friendly and Professional
I’ve read many of the reviews and they are amazing in their contrast of care they received at the Lombard location. Mine was a very positive one, but was only for the maintenance of my leased RAV4. After reading comments from other customers, there was a great deal of dissatisfaction stated. It behooves Lombard Toyota to respond to the negative issues and take active procedures to correct them. Hopefully steps are in place now and further reviews will show that actions have been taken to correct these negative actions.
