We were quoted an internet price via email for 2018 highlander for 35K. I called to verify the price and they agreed that it is 35K + tax, title, and doc fee. We go the dealer the same day. The sales consultant came back with the break down of numbers and we saw they ADDED OPTIONAL Platinum Care Package and Car Guard package. I said I don't want it. I just leased a brand new 4Runner, and I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish at Lombard Toyota. I gotta preface this by saying my husband makes salespeople cry, haha. He is the most indecisive, yet demanding, consumer on the planet. And the team at Lombard Toyota was extremely patient with us and accommodating. The whole process took us about a week. Had to get new tires. Service gave me a list of options. The work was done quickly and at a price I could have received at any tire shop. The tires are very good and I noticed right away that the noise level in my car went down noticeable. Lombard Toyota service has always been good to me. This is my second Sienna from them and I am quite pleased with the purchase and service
We have never in our 40 years of owning vehicles been treated like we were at Lombard Toyota. We were basically called liars by the surly and rude service manager and refused to fix the problem in our truck. unbelievable! Will spread the news to stay away from Lombard Toyota!
