Typically I only review a business if I have something nice to say but the Lombard toyota dealership has me worried for other potential buyers. Seriously need to reconsider hiring new management. They are very impatient and also rude. The sales people aren't the problem. It's the management. I have read other reviews and see that this is a common theme.
